Pritam Jain
Mr. Pritam Jain, our founder, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. With over 30 years of experience in the power industry and over a decade of experience in the solar EPC industry, he possesses extensive knowledge in electronics and renewable energy. Inheriting acumen from his father, Mr. M.R. Jain, Pritam prioritizes customer welfare and satisfaction. His dedication to timely delivery, installation, and superior service practices has been a cornerstone of AVI’s success.
Rakesh Patel is a Qualified Independent Director and an Human Resources Leader with strong business acumen. He has over two decades of experience working across diverse industries with experience in both scale-up and start-up stages in mid-size and large-size organizations. Having been in senior strategic leadership role for 10+ years and managing HR operations for another decade, he has worked closely with the Leadership Teams in successfully driving the people agenda across People Development, Coaching, Strategic Planning and Business Process Improvisation.
Rakesh holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science and HR having sound knowledge of HR system and processes. An in-born trainer, facilitator, counsellor and coach, he is a perfect blend of Sales and Human Behavioral proficiencies and has managed end to end HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training, OD and Engagement effectively. He has profound experience in establishing an organization's value system and people management competence.
Beyond professional life, Rakesh is an avid reader, a canvas painter, and enjoys cooking new recipes.
